Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of IndiaBid. By submitting a listing or making a payment, you agree to them. This is a first draft and will be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

1. What we provide

IndiaBid is a directory and paid leaderboard. We display listings submitted by users and rank them by amount paid, as described in our Rules page. We do not verify, endorse, or vouch for the accuracy, quality, or legitimacy of any listing.

2. Eligibility and content

You must have the right to submit a listing for a URL or business you represent, or be submitting a public directory entry for a business that is free to claim. You may not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes another party's rights. We may remove any listing at our discretion, including listings pending moderation review.

3. Payments and rank

Ranking on any board is determined solely by total amount paid, as set out in our Rules page. We do not guarantee any rank will be held for any duration outside an active premium lock window. Bids are processed through Razorpay; by paying, you also agree to Razorpay's own terms for the payment method you use.

4. No guarantee of results

We make no promises about traffic, clicks, conversions, or business outcomes from being listed or ranked on IndiaBid. Being outbid at any time is an inherent feature of the product, not a malfunction.

5. Limitation of liability

IndiaBid is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of IndiaBid after a change means you accept the updated terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai having jurisdiction.
